We have had the privilege to help develop a big picture vision for the future home for a truly inspiring organization in our state: Kinston Teens. The site visioning process is being led by the fantastic Design Workshop. We are proud to be part of this inspiring endeavor!

The building will help Kinston Teens expand and broaden its already impressive reach. The project will feature a large event space, educational spaces, entrepreneurial space, and disaster relief for this hurricane-vulnerable community.

An open front porch and transparent entryway invite the community inside. Roof garden, coworking, and educational spaces are visible on the second floor, showcasing the activity within.

A central "breezeway" lobby connects the front porch directly through to the outdoor areas at the South of the building.

Program and Massing Diagrams: envisioning the program pieces arranged in different configurations with initial ideas for formal strategies.

Covered basketball pavilion is a flexible space for events, markets, and disaster relief needs.
